Task 1

Contractual :

A contract is an agreement made between two or more parties that state rules and agreements. A contract is a way for employers to state what they require from the workers, what the workers will be paid and all the rights they are given. And for the employees the contract may state code of conduct in case of any breaches made to the contractual terms agreed upon bu the employee. In most cases breaches made by the employer are compensated. Usually the compensation is in form of money and maybe time off work. Breaches of contracts can and are usually taken to court for a higher authority to decide what the further action shall be for the parties depending on the severity of the situation.

Adopting a formal manner i.e dressing up and not eating with your hands will help you make a good impression on job interviewers or future in-laws. Being formal doesn't have to mean being stiff or unnatural; it's basically just using good manners and following the rules.

If you have informal plans to see your friend, that means you’ll get together but you’re not sure when, you’ll figure it out later. Informal also means “casual,” like wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Informal writing or speech is the linguistic equivalent of wearing jeans and a t-shirt, with a relaxed tone and simple words. In an informal football club, you don't pay dues to anyone, you just show up at the park and play with whoever is there.

By cooperating with others and making negotiations to meet in the middle and coming to agreements, I will have to bend my plans and work differently to what I had planned meaning I will expand my technical skills by working on different things.

A clear record where I have not breached any of my contractual agreements will lead to having a good impression when I progress on through my career because employers like to know I am able to abide by the terms and agreements I sign in the contract.
